For this project, we were commissioned to revitalize a semi-detached house (Doppelhaushälfte) by first redrawing the original plans in ArchiCAD to create accurate, up-to-date 2D and 3D BIM models. We then redesigned the interior and exterior layouts, focusing on modernizing the living spaces while meeting the client’s specific needs.

To help the client fully experience their new home design, we produced an immersive walkthrough animation. This interactive presentation allowed the client to virtually “walk” through the redesigned rooms and spaces, exploring every detail, testing different color schemes, and previewing various material options in real time. This process ensured that the client make confident decisions about every aspect of the renovation, resulting in a tailor-made living environment perfectly suited to their vision.

This Project was developed as an innovative virtual reality platform supporting psychotherapy for veterans in the USA. The concept centers on providing an alternative, highly immersive environment designed to enhance engagement during therapeutic sessions. Utilizing advanced VR technology, the project offers veterans the opportunity to participate in counseling from a visually stimulating sci-fi inspired space, catering to those who may benefit from environments beyond traditional or familiar settings. Compatible with Oculus headsets, this platform enables psychiatrists to guide therapy remotely, promoting comfort, privacy, and individualized treatment. By integrating creative design with therapeutic goals, “VR – Space Room” presents a futuristic, effective approach to mental health care, offering new possibilities for personalized, accessible support for veterans coping with PTSD and related conditions.
