For Project XY, our mission was to modernize architectural documentation by transforming original, decades-old plans into a comprehensive digital format. Leveraging ArchiCAD, we recreated the building’s entire layout as precise 2D drawings and developed a detailed 3D BIM model. Each structural element was thoughtfully modeled to include all relevant properties and attributes, ensuring that the digital environment reflects the true complexity of the existing structure. The result is an up-to-date and fully editable BIM system that offers outstanding clarity and efficiency. This robust model now serves as a reliable foundation for planning, renovation, and facility management, streamlining all future project phases and empowering stakeholders with instant access to critical building information and insights.

For this project, we were commissioned to design a custom single-family home that perfectly reflects our client’s unique vision and lifestyle.
